LOL OWNED. I've been banned for two hours a few times in the HxHD for helping people but habbo credits through their phone. You can try appeal, not sure if it will work but good luck!!

But yeah, they're really harsh with bans lately and they don't investigate before actually banning users - pathetic.

I doubt they care who their MOD's are now lol

I swear years ago they used to boast about MOD's being ex policeman and stuff lol

If anyone wants to write an appeal, I'm offering my help. I'm not a genius, but I am a philosopher and could probably make a good battle against them, if necessary of course.

Habbo must be out to get you. I'd totally attempt to appeal it though. Good luck if you do.

Why quit HxF? I dont go on habbo anymore and neither do half the forum. I'm not sure if they'll unban you tbh, I've appealed tonnes and they've never even explained why I was banned :(

Mark
06-10-2010, 04:27 PM
Of course I wont quit HxF, It's one of the best Forums I've been on, I just hope my next appeal will work, I'd like to make a big thanks to Garion <333

I agree that moderators are harsher nowadays but if you already appealed and they refused then you must have broke one of their terms and conditions which you agreed to in the first place lol. Also I found it funny how you actually said you would leave habbo/habbox because of this ban, hilarious!

Good Luck anyways lols

Hilarious? Would you like to start again knowing you have wasted about £500 on an account? It's a sick and horrible feeling, almost like someone has taken something from you. I realise its online furni but the fact is it is real money. It was a complete misunderstanding....

Jordan
06-10-2010, 04:41 PM
not saying this about you mark, but I don't get why people spend loads of real money on habbo? :S I've only spent about 10 pound on it in 2 years, And I'm doing fine on it.

With habbo you have to be really formal in your ban appeals and very apologetic, this will help speed up your ban being lifted. :)

Hopefully this next appeal will make a difference, if not, we'll keep at it. My appeals have seen around 4, maybe 5 bans lifted so either I'm lucky or they fear my superior use of the English language. Either way, let's hope that my luck follows through and your ban gets lifted!

I'm sorry to hear that you spent that much on Habbo because quite frankly I wouldn't put myself in the position your in. Nobody stole anything from you, their t&c's is what you agreed to before you started spending your money so its your own fault. I'm sorry if im harsh but this is a public forum and I'm allowed to express my opinions.

Also "It was a complete misunderstanding" yes and most moderators do make errors but to appeal against it and one of the player support workers to look through chat logs and deem the ban to be correct then you must have said/done something wrong.

I'd prefer it if you'd rephrase that after knowing the facts :) The t&c's do not state... You can't send links which link to a Habbo Fansite. Therefore I did nothing wrong. I realise your opinion is how it is but what is done is done and it would be a little sad to criticize almost half of the Habbo community by your comment... A lot of people have spent more than me!

No, but they do state they can ban you for anything. They don't even have to give a reason if they don't want to :P

I do agree, it's a bit silly to spend over £500 on it, lol.

As I have said you should read the t&c's in full.

Yes.. alot of people have spent more on Habbo than you but they haven't posted on HabboxForum have they? because if they did I would post the exact same in their threads.

Sulake has never stated that Moderators were ex-policemen. What it has stated, and still states, is that they are police checked.

You just have to wait six months, it's the way it works. They perm you but as long as you say you're sorry it's all good.

He's unbanned now, Sulake staff came on this forum and saw his problem. They sorted it (:

I have to say, Redtiz is possibly one of the best members of Habbo / Sulake staff that I've ever had an experience with.
Someone once gave me her personal work email address which at the time I wasn't aware of that I shouldn't be sending emails to and the next day my problem had been resolved. Two accounts which had their permanent bans reviewed by Redtiz were lifted as she deemed them as inappropriate on their behalf. From all other experiences I've had which have included ringing the offices, staff and emails can often seem extremely unhelpful and you just end up going around and around in circles. It is really good to see that members of staff are checking these forums and are actually posting and helping out where they can which I think really works in Habbos favour.
