I sent my second ban appeal in (because my first one didnt work) and my first appeal took a few hours for them to read when my second one is taking days... Are they putting me to the end of the queue or just busy? Does anyone know how long they take to reply on average?

They are useless, it took Habbo nearly 3 weeks to un-ban me.

I got banned for advertising Habbox.com, I said it was an official Gold-Tier and is the UKs Most Popular fansite, finally after like a month they un-banned me.

No offence, but I think Asians are taking over.

Generally replies are within 48 business hours (e.g. Mon-Friday, 9am-5pm). However there is the odd occasion when there is a huge increase in tickets, say when Habbo ID was launched, and then it can take a little longer simply because the customer service reps have far more tickets to respond to.

anything between 24 hours & 2 weeks - they're not very good

Way back in the day, Habbo was pretty good about replying to inquiries in an expedient manner. However, taking into consideration how large Habbo is now compared to 2004, it comes as no surprise that it takes considerably longer nowadays in comparison to years ago.

It's been a while since I've emailed Habbo, and I've practically abandoned the game anyway. The site does claim 48 hours, though it could be more if there's a high volume of traffic being sent to them.
