Hey guys, its smidge i have bought a domain,hoster and radio. and im begining to make my site, i just need a v1. well im going to be working hard on this over the weekend, i also need a owner who can own it with me contact me at [email protected] :) and email me if u want a job here guys :) thankyou for reading.

If I'm perfectly honest its terrible. If ITV wanted they could sue you. Its just like me making the domain BBChabbofm.co.uk. Its not only a terrible domain but I'm assuming your breaching some sort of copyright. Your co-owner just hacked it? that's fantastic it seems very secure.

youre using itvs image which is illegal. Yes using their name in it is illegal as far as im aware.

ITV owns the brand name 'ITV'. To use it you'd have to buy the rights to use it. Why do you even have it in your name? :S It's a terrible choice.

I bought the domain of my m8. the site had 10+ listeners coming through per day and he told itv about it before he had done it. the domain is quite old.:eusa_danc

Omg, 10+ listeners! So much!! I seriously doubt he told ITV about it. If he were to use it ITV WOULD have made him pay for it - you don't get anything free. And using the brand name wouldn't come cheap. Btw, your grammar and spelling is actually terrible. If you're planning on running a fansite improve it or no-ones gonna use it? You need it to be PERFECT otherwise it will look unprofessional.

P.S. I hate the layout, it's really ugly and the banner is actually an eyesore.

I hardly doubt they would even attempt to sue a 10 yr old child (example).

They would warn him first before taking his parents to court as your parents are liable for anything done by their child under 18 or maybe 16 :P
