My host recently changed the servers location from the usa to the uk, everything had to be reinstalled including awstats. Awstats is installed but it doesn't work, it says october 0 when people have visited my websites.
Does anyone know what might the problem is? because me and my host haven't a clue.

Your web host doesn't know how to fix this?

Are the logs set to update every 24 hours? Message me with root login details if you like and I can get it sorted out for you.

They are already setup to update every 24 hours. Any other ideas?

/scripts/cleanbw
/scripts/runlogsnow
/scripts/runweblogs (prompt for username)
Does awstats.enable exist above /public_html/?
Restart the cPanel service:
service cpanel restart
There's many possible reasons and solutions, but it's hard to tell without tailing the logs.
