Which one do you go for, this could be anything:

e.g. Clothes - Wearing huge heels because they look nice, but you can't walk in them.

Cars - Removing the rear windscreen wiper because it looks cool but obviously you can't wipe your back windscreen.

This could apply to anything - what do you prefer?

The aesthetic is the most important part of all things

That said, I can walk fine in heels and removing the back wiper doesn't look cool in any way, never heard of that one

Practicality all the way. It doesn't have to look nice as long as it can do the job its designed to do.

Practicality is more important to me. Making things harder for myself or feeling uncomfortable just to look good isn't really something I do often.

Looks! I would still wear something if it looked nice but was maybe a bit uncomfortable, certainly on the clothes side anyway!

It depends, but with clothes and if I were to buy a car - looks.

well for clothes/shoes i do tend to go for looks but everything else it's practicality
like i won't buy a laptop/phone just cause it looks good if i don't know how to use it, which i usually don't. same for getting a car as long as i can use it well then fine.

totally depends how much better it looks or how much less practical it makes it. sometimes when the practicality is lost, it looks stupid anyway. like there was a trend in my hometown a few years ago where girls wore belts on the outside of their shirts, which just looks purely stupid because it loses what a belt is meant to do. maybe it would have looked good in principle, but it doesnt just because of how angry it made me.

Looks.

I don't mind it if the AMAZING shoes I'm wearing are two sizes too small.

It'll hurt in the morning but...

._.

Couldn't have been said any better. I agree 100%.
