HTML Code to add someone on msn

I've seen people do it before but i've forgotten what websites, Theres some out there that if your logged into msn you can click and it adds them as a contact its a small html code, Anyone know it?

You can also do msnim:[email protected] to open a chat window
msnim:[email protected] for a voice conversation
and msnim:[email protected] for a video conversation
