SMS to PayPal?

Basically I need a away to get my SMS balance to paypal, I am aware or smstopaypal, but they have not reopened yet, I need to get the money in asap really, anyone now a way?

Only one is OneBip (http://onebip.com) I think but you have to get a high amount to withdraw it to your PayPal account or something.

smstopaypal is coming, There isn't anything like it. Were just spending time making sure everythings good. Shouldn't be too long
