Super Size Me is an award winning documentary that films a man living off McDonalds for a month. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rules were that whatever he ate, it had to be from McDonalds. He was only allowed to get the super-size meals (only available in the US, basically an extra extra large meal) if he was offered them. He had 3 full health checks by 3 different doctors before and after the experiment to see what effects it had on him. It's an interesting film/documentary and you can even watch it free/legally online through google videos.
(Film rated PG)

it's extremely old, i've seen it twice. watched it in school (and i left more than three years ago i think) and it's been on television several times.
Not too sure why you're posting about it? yet another unconstructive post on your behalf.
It's an okay documentary. Show's you how bad mcdonalds is for your diet. And i have avoided mcdonalds for years (partly because of this doc).

It's an outstanding documentary. I watched it years ago in my anatomy/physiology class in high school. But Fez is right. Make me want some good ol' Micky D's after I watched it.

Just because the film is of a certain age, it does not mean posting about it is unconstructive... It's a great documentary, a real eye opener. I'm sure many people have not seen it before who will appreciate the fact that I have introduced it to them. No harm in creating discussion.
At Misawa, I checked things over before posting it. It's fine. :)

I saw this during my health class a year ago. It was interesting and I felt really bad cause the guy got really fat and depressed and he's probably never get any from his vegan girlfriend anymore.
