Hey everyone. Basically, I had a few accounts on my Habbo ID when it was introduced, then some update came along (can't remember what one) and all my accounts on the ID went missing, except for Skizzling which was my active account. I had two accounts I really liked, but never used and I did plan to use them in the future sometime.

I emailed Habbo a while ago but they just gave me some quotes from the FAQs and when I emailed back they continued to do so. I eventually emailed them again last week and they claim my account isn't created yet when I register it on Habbo it's not available.

I got the reasons off the support staff and they emailed me this:


- perhaps that name is already in use on another account (yeah mine, which doesn't even exist - and even if you go to http://habbo.com/home/accountname)
- perhaps a cluster of letters are in our filter as they often appear in abusive or unsuitable words - for example Arsenal fans often find they cannot say their teams name on a lot of websites due to such filters. (since when was Calvi or Calbin abusive?)

- perhaps the name references a colloquialism or slang expression which is deemed insulting or demeaning
If the name has already been created but hasn't been used for a while, it MAY be deleted by our technical department in the future. (above)
If no purchases are made on the account, they may be purged the next time our Tech Team does a clear out of some unused names from the system. Habbo is not able to provide a specific date when this will next happen. After an account is deleted, the first person to sign up with the name gets it. (I only created it like a month before)


So I can't really see my names getting removed for any of them.. Anyone have any ideas?

I'll check my accounts too. If there are happening to more than one person then it's either a glitch on Habbo's behalf, or they have actually deleted them.

Strange, I remember each Habbo name having an account number way back in the day, but I'm not sure if they still have these account numbers assigned to them.

Your situation is most peculiar. I haven't done a recent check, but before they got rid of the ability for you to pull up a list of all your registered accounts (allegedly), all of my accounts appeared.

Come to think of it, the new system they use to change Habbos with linked emails had tons of my old accounts missing. Maybe this change is linked with the ability to look up your accounts being removed?

I'm not a fan of all this IDs business.

All my accounts look in check.

This has happened a lot I've been hearing a lot of people saying that their old accounts have disappeared. Keep pestering the staff, they'll listen to you eventually!

So you've lost the accounts? :/No idea, I dropped Redtiz a PM and she's messaged the technical staff, hopefully it will be fixed soon. :)
