These Values i fell are getting lower and are getting more common while ive been room searching, especially for the seasonal ducks. Anyway Heres some Values that i fell are accurate. Most of these values will go down at a particular month when they are released.
Love Sofa : 18 RD - Decrease by 2 RD - This value has had quite a big decrease as this is mostly shown in loads or rooms, especially romance rooms. Almost every romance room has at least one Love Sofa and has quite alot of valentines day furni. I was pushing this value to 17 RD but it was hard to figure out which Value is more accurate.
Big Heart : 9 RD - increase by 1 RD - A slight increase on this peice of furni as it has not appeared in alot of rooms as i expected it to be. On trading this furni, I see 1 or 2 offers going around the hotel but this furni will definitely go down alot when it appears in the catalogue again. Compared to other values, i feel this was easy to value and i didnt think it interfered with any other value, if you know what i mean.
Love Stickies : 11 RD - decrease by one - Again not much change here, especially with stickies, always a bit tricky to value. It appears in alot of peoples rooms and i feel its becoming rapidly more common. When looking at trading, its hard to put a price on because people trade stickies in many different numbers and its usually traded partly and not as a full pack, This again will go down in price as it comes out in the catalogue. I could of made this value lower but i didnt want to because of stickie quantities when trading.
