[TUT] Free* SPOT solution/treatment that works!!!

yes this is real, free* spot solution to make angry red spots less swollen, yellow heads vanish & red marks disappear


you will need:

- *sudocrem (almost every household has this which is why i said it was free however if you don't worry none as you can get it from every supermarket & pharmacy for as little as £1)
- warm water
- towel/flanel
- soap




before you apply the sudocrem, clean your face & fingers with either just warm water or warm water & soap (i recommend the latter)
apply a generous helping of sudocrem with your clean fingers to problem areas. rub in well however don't worry if you cannot rub it into the skin entirely (YES you will have a white face)
leave it applied to skin untill you cannot see the sudocrem
rub in the sudocrem in again. repeat this every half an hour until you cannot see the sudocrem (you might be able to feel it though)
wipe face gently with a little warm water
pat face dry
wash hands





for better results apply before bed and wipe face in the morning
note: put a towel on your pillow to stop the sudocrem spreading everywhere




using sudocrem on your spots will dry them up which will make them dissapear

this method has no known side effects, but do not use if you have had problems with sudocrem in the past!
also, try not to use this method everyday for long periods of time as it may dry out your skin

I can second that this works! I've used sudocrem in the past before sleeping to get rid of spots :)
I use sudocream so much now! Not just for sports but for any type of cut/blister/etc. :P
