I know i need:

Basically im not sure about this salt water control and how soon after ive set up me tank can i start adding things to it, So wht do i need for the salt water control basically?

I'd say get everything set up how you want it immediately after you set the tank up. As for regulating the salinity of the water, I'm not too sure; perhaps you can check the pH balance of it? Do a little homework on clownfish and see what kind of water conditions they live under. If I'm not mistaken, I'm sure they live in your typical ocean water, so try and figure out the salinity of basic ocean water and mimic those conditions for your tank.

Theoretically, this should work for you.
