A film all about.. Facebook! Looks quite alright, although a film about Facebook is quite odd. I may go watch it, anyone else?
On a fall night in 2003, Harvard undergrad and computer programming genius Mark Zuckerberg sits down at his computer and heatedly begins working on a new idea. In a fury of blogging and programming, what begins in his dorm room soon becomes a global social network and a revolution in communication. A mere six years and 500 million friends later, Mark Zuckerberg is the youngest billionaire in history... but for this entrepreneur, success leads to both personal and legal complications.

Having read a few of the reviews (including yours) on screenjabber, you always seem to get the reviews spot on. So I haven't seen this yet but probably will do after reading that review.

Seen it on Sunday. I wasn't expecting an action packed thriller or anything because obviously it's just a story about Facebook, but it was pretty damn good in my opinion! I guess it's how you see it haha.
Hmmm, sounds like people have different opinions on this film ... I'll probably just wait until I get it on DVD :P

For those worried that it's just some mundane story about the inception and growth of Facebook, it's actually a compelling story which, as the writer has admitted, is 80 percent fiction.

I quite enjoyed it actually, quite peculiar and original to be honest.
I watched it last week (?)
I thought it was really good however it can get a bit confusing

I watched this at the Cinema yesterday, and I have to admit, it was pretty damn amazing.
Unique, different, and certainly compelling!
Now I'm kind of reluctant to watch it, everyone is making a big fuss about it and what if it's not what everyone is making it out to be D:

Surprised to hear that it's nearly all fiction. I guess the truth is that the guy who made facebook didn't have any friends and lived in his bedroom on the PC. That wouldn't of been much of a film so fair does.

I wouldn't say it was 80% fiction, judging by what actually happened, but hey!

I would like to see it, though I think it'll either be really boring or quite interesting.
I went to see it today, It was actually very interesting and at some parts kinda funny. I would recommend it if your film type is not very specific because it doesn't have a lot of scenes and there is a lot of talking. I really liked it

"Doesn't have a lot of scenes". I can see you mean something completely different.

who has seen the social network its a really good film about facebook, it's slow at the start then speeds up it has some really famous faces in like Justin Timberlake has anyone heard of Jesse Eisenberg he was in Adventureland and Zombieland. its has a really good storyline to it tell what your views are of the film.
