A woman in bradford, brought over from Pakistan for an arranged marriage was set on fire by her family, she was already dead when the fire brigade had got there. Although it may sound really shocking to us, it's actually quite a common occurrence in countries such as India and Pakistan. Unfaithful wives will often be set alight by their husband/family members.

How can anyone think it's acceptable to burn someone to death because they were unfaithful?

It's even more shocking knowing she was pregant :( Surely murder is worse than being unfaithful?

Welcome to Bradistan. Nothing new there, it's a backwards area and culture. I returned to the civilised world from there yesterday.
