I need my trading pass because I have loads of stuff I don't need...and I have enough hours ect...but my email won't activate?
I've sent the email several times and it didn't come through...why?

Are you using a hotmail.com address? Emails don't usually come through to those addresses from Habbo.

Yeah like what Robbie said, what type of email address are you using? Like Live, Gmail, Hotmail etc;.
That'll most likely give us an idea why it won't.

Try a different email address then. I personally use gmail.

I always use Hotmail, and I always get an E-mail.
But, my old e-mail didn't used to work, I put it down to too many accounts on it though, so I changed it, got hacked on xmas day but not the point.
Changing an e-mail may help.

I've changed it twice ;(
Ok, so I got the email, and clicked the link and it said it's activated...but then I go on turn trading pass on, and it says its not varified?

Have you tried logging out then back in, because I thought trading pass cam on automatically at first.

I'm having same problem now. Because I need my account MissAliceTaylor to move all my furni to Samanfas
I think mine is either because it says I have linked the account up to facebook - which I havent, or because I have another Id on that email.

I don't get it though...I just added all my old users to my account, and swapped my email i was using, for my original one..but it's still not activating..I've followed the link & everything :@@@ I've emailed the contact us people so I guess i gotta wait.

Make a new account on the ID and get 3 days and 1 hour on that. See if that works. Also try waiting another hour and three hours on the hotel.

I submitted a help request, they replied telling me to look at the FAQ's, so I then had to reply to them saying that the FAQ's doesn't cover it as my email verification page is different.
