Alright,

Over the Holidays I wasn't healthy so I'm not as fit as I was before. So now I'm going on a bit of a diet.

I was just wondering..
I'm not going to drink soft drinks anymore.. so aswell as water is there anything that I can actually drink that is reasonably healthy for me?

Fruit juice or water?

They always say pomegranate is particularly healthy.

Your best bet is to drink water.

tea (although not great on teeth..) and milk, debatable on which kind of milk to drink

Just drink water, after a week ul actually crave water.
