Wierd Dream.

i had a wierd dream that me and my mum were sat in an airport waiting area with big windows to my left where you can see planes landing and taking off.

Well there was a plane what appeared to be blue-ish and was attempting a crosswind landing and about 15 feet off the ground a pocket of air got underneath it and tipped it. thats where my dream ends.

Does this signify anything or just another random dream you have?

the other month i dreamt that i was looking at a plane thirdperson style and it was taking off and then all of a sudden it span and ended up taking off backwards

My wierdest dream was that my bros were taken by some witch to I went and found her in a cave - which was like the caves in star wars on the desert planet - then I beat her up, stole her broomstick and flew away with my brothers :}

I think I agree with Inseriousity...you may be subconciously nervous about a journey in the future but you know you'll have someone with you?

But yeah I agree with Mike, don't try to interpret your dreams, sometimes they might be meaningless :)

Only you can really interpret your dreams. Psychologists try to, but they pretty much just take stabs in the dark (and most of the time their interpretations say more about themselves than their patients. i.e. Most of Freud's theories and interpretations are based around sex, so people tend to believe he was sexually repressed). Also Freud did suggest that sometimes dreams can simply have no meaning.

To me it sounds like you're only remembering a small fragment of your entire dream. There could be some meaning, or you're simply stressed or lacking in sleep, or you're about to do something out of the ordinary and you're mind is focused on it so much that you're thinking about it in your sleep. Also we barely remember a quarter of the dreams we have during a nights sleep, so you may have actually forgotten the most important part to your dream, and you're only remembering bits which were fresh in your mind at the time of waking up, but the feeling of significance still remains.

Personally I wouldn't put too much into it, unless its causing you a lot of problems (wondering, stress, confusion, social inhibition etc.), in which I suggest trying to talk to someone or see someone about it.

I have absolutley no idea what it signifies, Only journies im going on is Disney for new year, but ive been disney countless of novembers

Im not worried or sleep deprived either

I had something like that, my brother planted a cow clock alarm which moos and when it went off I thought it was like a siren or something, I think I thought it was one of those war sirens but it was ages ago now.

To me, this dream is very significant. All of the dreams we have are determined by our own thoughts, whether they are conscious thoughts or not. I will take a stab at what I think it could be.

You are probably a person that is fighting independence. Is growing up and ready to leave home and spread your wings. Your mum is there because she is with you, she is the person that, to put it nicely is holding you back, because that is what parents do, because they love you. You can leave, perhaps you are in the plane and your other view is you watching it being tipped - maybe this is your mum stopping you from growing up, because you are her child, she is apprehensive about your getting older.

So basically, in my opinion the dream signifies your own independence and your need to go onto the next stage of your life. The fact your mum is there could also suggest she is waving bye to you, she is letting you go, but the plane tipped because you are not ready just yet.
