Hey, im having problems connecting my Thunderbird settings, from my cpanel account email settings!

If anyone can help, they will get: A E-Hug. A +Rep. and A Kiss :)

Okay, well here are my cPanel email settings, with my domain censored :)


Manual Settings

Mail Server Username: rhys+domain.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) mail.domain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com (server requires authentication) port 25
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) mail.domain.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

Now when i try set up my user account with thuderbird its saying it can't connect, can anyone tell me what to put in the thunderbird box's to make it work?

SMTP Server: mail.domain.com (tick requires authentication)

No luck, still not reciving emails.

On the username take off the "mail."

Change the 995 to 465.

dont cpanel have a thing built in, so you can conifgure clients easily?

You need to change domain.com to your domain.

Internet, i was using a dongle. Apparently it doesn't work with a Dongle Oo.
