Tamazepam

Got prescribed it. I've got two weeks off with work related stress etc and i've had and currently have serious sleep issues so the doctor gave me them.

Really need sleep but a tad apprehensive. Have you taken them?
For sleep. Not recreationally.

i haven't taken them personally, but studied a play when i was acting last year that featured alot of references to tamazepam.
all i'm saying from research is be exceptionally careful with them, and do NOT see them as a complete cure.
they're not addictive as such, but it's very easy to fall into using them as a crutch.

but it's like all medication, read the side effects, take the prescribed dose, if you feel like you can feel a bond between yrself and the pill forming, ween yrself off them and go back to yr GP :)

it's a serious issue. I've never slept well but when something eats me up i can have an hour or two of sleep and it just makes you a ******* zombie.
So aye he gave me them and I'm trying to destress and sort **** out but still not sleeping properly. Not taken them yet because I was reading about the side affects (with alcohol) and I had drink friday, saturday and sunday (and got them on friday) so tonight will be the first time I take one.

ew no but sum1 eye no tuck it n dey felt even worse 4 takin it coz it made them constantly sleepi n tired n moody
kinda lyke tht time b4 - rememba when kerri katona went on gmtv n every1 thort she woz drunk or w.e - lyke tht

is their no way yew cud take long walks or go 4 runs & drink lots of wata or sumfing 2 tire yew owt n make yew sleep?
