back to the thing about me gettin a sig i went to a runescape site to make a sig and they said i cudnt make one cuz im not in high scores and then it says its easy to get in so how i do this :P

I think that what he means is that it's just easier to type runescape.com...rather than typing in miniclips.com and then finding runescape.
If you're lazy, use the windows client and make a shortcut on your desktop...then you're just a click away :)

Just go to runehq.com - you don't need to be on the highscores for those sigs.
Or you could just make your own.
