Have you recently started doing all those things?

Whenever I start to do a lot of exercise I feel exactly the same.

Take a break, let your legs recover for a few days and see if that makes a difference :)

When you go to sleep, put a pillow under your knees/ankles...it takes the pressure of your legs and if your legs ache it feels BLISS.

yeah i think it's because you doing too much not because you not doing enough! Make sure you stretch after exercise, lunges are good for the calf muscles. Maybe don't jog everyday or have a day off where you don't do any cardio or leg work because roan running especially can mess you up.

i have done dancing & jogging for a year or so
i used to do gymnastics but only started again a few month ago. i only really do warm ups cause i help teach kids.

oh ok i never stretch afterwards, i do warm down when i jog though like walk the last 10 mins
i'll probably just stop jogging so much or alternate gym with jogging idk
sigh

plus i probably don't get enough sleep for the amount i'm doing. i get like 5-6 hours.
