Forum Mods Needed

I need some Mods for my new forum

the forum has games, a points system, lottery, bank, trophies, shops to spend your points at... its an amazing forum basically! all it needs now is moderators and members... if you want to be a mod sign up, tell me ur username on it and what topics youd like to moderate... simple!
remember to use the referral system to earn extra points ;)

Oh and i forgot to ask but does anyone know any nice templates for phpbb forums? id like something less... standard/grey/boring
