Is your ban unfair?
Many people over time have suggested a mass-unban on HabboxForum and it's been refused by Management as to be fair, it's not a plausible idea. However we've decided to offer something else, as many people have been banned at Habbox we can't guarantee that every permanent ban issued is fair in the past.
Therefore, as part of the Forum Review 2010, General Management have decided to review old forum bans upon request.
We've set some regulations for this:
~ You can only appeal as part of the Forum Review if you were permanently banned before 30/04/2009
~ The ban will only be lifted should General Management believe it was unfair at the time of issue.
~ If the account does get released, it will be merged with your current account (if you have one).
~ Proof of ownership of all accounts is required, via IP link, email address, rep points on the account or any known paid-subscriptions (if the support ticket isn't made on the banned account)
So, how do I appeal?
It's quite simple, if you know the details for it, log into your banned account, scroll down to the bottom and click "Contact us" (alternatively go to www.habboxforum.com/support) - you should be able to log into your banned account.
If you don't know the details for your banned account, log in using another account but you will need to provide proof or ownership.
Submit a support ticket in ban appeals, you must put REVIEW 2010 in the title so we can distinguish review appeals from normal ban appeals, please provide us with as much information about the ban as possible.
ALL APPEALS AND ACCOUNT MERGES ARE CONDUCTED AT THE DISCRETION OF GENERAL MANAGEMENT.
