View Full Version : Toned Abs/core strength
I wondered how i could increase this with daily exercise and then cardio the same as i do now. I do the regular sit ups/crunches etc but i wondered if there was anything more varied that i could do that you have heard about :)
i'm not looking for the perfect six pack obvs because that's weird on a girl but i need core strength for sport anyway :)

the plank, and then do it on one foot
then keep lifting yourself up from your forearms to your hand (shaped like a fist)
do that for like 5 - 10 minutes, obviously take breaks, it kills, but its good for you :D

Plank is probably the best. Hits the deeper abdominal muscles that crunches dont reach. Also do plank variations like side plank.
