Hey. Its coming to the time where I have to decide what i'm going to do for work experience. I'm really interested in IT, so I looked and I found one. ICT Technicians Assistant. There isnt much description, and it's at a primary school. What kind of jobs do you think I would be doing?

Im doing some work experience myself at the moment actualy. Like most work experiences the jobs they give you may be very elementary and have not much to do with I.T (photocopying, writing letters etc). Im working with some eingineers and in a way im lucky as i'm getting to do some of the stuff they do every day.

I'm a primary school's actual IT Technician, you probably won't get very hands on to be honest, it'll probably be stuff like installing software and generally helping the other guy(s) out and dealing with problem reports from other staff. As long as all the school staff are friendly it'd be a fairly nice work experience placement IMO.

I did mine in an Air Traffic Control tower back in Year 10 :P

I think basically going to sort out any small problems the teachers report, installing any new software, and things like that.
