Basically I sent a request on Customer Support. Got a reply a few days later - didn't answer my question in the slightest.
'Look at the FAQ's' it's like what is the point? If it could be answered in the FAQ's I would have done that instead of making a request?
Anyway, commented back, so it was open and everything - just checked today. It's closed. No reply again.
I'm trying to verify my e-mail but it will not work. What's the point. :/

If you have a Hotmail / Gmail email then Habbo emails don't always work.. :P

What do you think I've done? Just skimmed them? I read through all that was about e-mails and they didn't help.
if you look on the faq's it tells you how to verify it yeah? And gives a screen, anyway, I did that and went on email verification screen, but it isnt the correct screen because my email apparently isnt verified if you get me?
Thanks Mat. I made a Gmail account just so specifically do it, now will a Yahoo one work?

basically, i found an old account, and it needed a name change so changed it.
anyway, the email wont verify, at all.

K now. the screen has changed again. I have looked everywhere to find the red thingy that says resend activation email cant find it ?

Support on habbo is crap, they don't care about their long term users as they generally don't want to put more money into the habbo eco system :/

i'm not one for spending money on habbo at all. but tbh it would make more sense to solve problems so i could come back to habbo wouldnt it. :P

Habbo is a bunch of lazy people that don't like helping users that are confused. They just give bland answers to genuine questions. It's sad. Was so much better when I first started playing, they cared a lot more.

I've often get wrong answers from habbo, and get wrongly accused by them. I hate scammers so whenever i saw a habbo pretending to duplicate furni, advertising free creds etc. i used to report them.
However after doing this a few times i got a message from habbo saying if i continued to abuse reports i would be banned. This warning occured YET AGAIN a week later when i reported a furni duplicator for the first time since my first warning.
I decided not to risk getting a ban and so now although it irritates me i just ignore these scams when i see them.

my friend did that - well he was rude to habbo, and he got banned for '1 minute' then it said 'you have 30 seconds to say goodbye to Habbo then you will be banned for 2 minutes' the 2 minutes was up, and then he got a message saying he would be banned for 6 months (he wasnt) stupid.
