Hi all,
I have visited HxHD for the last few days after 10pm and found the room to be completely dead. Last night we had Skizzling as the only staff and that's it.
I rarely see HotelUser in there. I think what we need is a new fresh manager with new fresh ideas. Whatever HotelUser is doing to help HxHD obviously is not working. It seems every time I ask where he is in there, I get the same standard reply that he is busy coding. Well if thats the case, then maybe he needs to step down rather than just hold on to the position for the power/sake of it.
Do they still do regular competitions / quizzes (on Mondays I believe it was) which dogboy did regularly? HU is rich on Habbo so I am sure he can spare some furni... or get the staff to donate if he doesn't want to use his own.

David has done like 8 hours in the room since Sunday so Gg
That's more than most btw. And we have things being planned events wise.
Although i agree we need more people from America and Australia to cover the times uk hxhd-staff are at school or asleep.

I've visited it at multiple times not even just after 10pm, and i've found it "dead". Although i haven't been there more than 10 times so take my thoughts with a pinch of salt.

As one of the most regular visitors alongside people like Mathew and Wiki so it would be nice to see what they say rather than the regular feedback users who don't even use the Help Desk. It has definitely taken a downturn in the last week or so. It isn't even past 10PM it has been dead all day and most of this week at prime times too. Maybe it's just a bad week but Hoteluser has certainly been in there less and I've also seen him say countless times he is busy with his other jobs. If that is the case then he should resign from HxHD. It's Habbox's front desk for the Habbo 'public' and the current amount of visitors is poor. Worst it's been for a while unfortunately.
Edit; Robbie, your attitude in this thread, on the forum and in the desk is awful anyway. "GG".

But I agree if he's too busy coding be should step down.

Obviously I cannot comment on this and if this is a pressing issue it's one to take up in the complaints section with management. Not saying I agree / disagree with this as it's not my place. However, that decision isn't your place either. It's Matt, Oliver and Roxy's.

Yup, if you check the community announcements you'll see we have weekly quizes every Friday. This is one aspect I'm unhappy about, actually, because I'd like to get rid of the quizes and be a little more unique - stray away from boring routine quizes.

Well not really. He is manager, if you believe a manager has to only be in the room 'motionless' to do well then he's a good manager. If you believe he should be helping out, answering questions and generally responsive in the room then he's not. Anybody could sit down in there and not reply to anybody.

You'd think if I was as terribly inactive as you're portraying me to be there would be complaints and it would be extremely easy to acquire proof. When you have, you should probably PM that to Oli.
Whenever I notice a staffmember inactive I usually jump on it. An example is when this occurred yesterday though for obvious reasons I won't divulge who's case I was on.

When you click the "entered desk" button it counts down from thirty minutes and if you don't push it again in that time it kills it automatically. Much more accurate and friendly than the old method HxHD used to use to track staff attendance.

Nope. When you become HxHD staff you read a thread which shows you how to download and install this program here (http://code.google.com/p/zscreen/). Basically what that does is when you hit ctrl Q for example it takes a screenshot and uploads it to tinypic, then automatically puts the URL in your clipboard. Very easy and at the push of a button. When they click the I'm in the room button they paste the URL to their screenshot there so we can see they're in the room.

It most certainly wasn't a minute and thirty seconds Saurav as your question simply wouldn't be on the screen any longer, David has said he was replying to your post in here which is perfectly acceptable if you ask me, it'd mean he was inactive for what 30-40 seconds? This would fit in with the timing of the text on the screen, but if it was over a minute as I said, it simply wouldn't be on the screen.

Just because he looked away from the helpdesk for a short amount of time-- 15 seconds or one minute, did you or did you not get your question answered?
We as staff don't have our eyes plastered to Habbo every second of time that we are in the Helpdesk, that's impossible. We're trying to see what's going on on the forum, [And mind you, David's also a forum moderator and that gives him more of a reason to look at the forum] as well as many other minor distractions. However we still stay on top of things and give answers to questions in a timely enough fashion. Martin answered your question before David did, so what? Yes replying to someones post dear. Your post seems to imply that my reply proving Jakes point is the actual thread and the main point, when infact the point is how can we improve it?
I never said that it was the main point of the thread, you thought about that yourself. You seemed to have a big problem with it considering how many posts you had in this about the fact that David isn't active.

I think to improve Habbox Help Desk you need a manager who doesn't scoff at the thought of their own staff being manager.
I think you should get your story straight before you misquote me in the future, actually:

Right, this has gone too far now. If you've got a complaint about a specific member of staff, or a specific department please make it in the complaints forum.
