Unfortunately, =Lizzie has resigned as Help Desk SuperStaff and Dilusionate has resigned as Normal Help Desk Staff. We wish them goodluck in the future.

On a brighter note, Alex3213 has passed his trial and is now Normal Help Desk Staff. Congratulations!
