I think Food & Drink got moved into here which killed all food and drink forums but whatever. Basically, I have my 3 meals per day lalalal but I like to snack in between times. I know it's bad but go away. Since I have been at uni that's always just been chocolate and crisps but now my skin is GROSS I need to change this. What can I snack on? I eat fruit daily already so not that because it's not filling. I don't like nuts. I don't like raisins. Help.

Berries are supposed to be good for your skin, try fit drinking lots of water in there too.

Try yoghurts as someone said or try chewing gum. If I'm feeling a bit hungry + start chewing gum I usually stop feeling hungry, so saves me from eating a load of junk

Chewing gum isn't the way to go. Your stomach will produce an acid to break down the food it thinks you are swallowing and will end up making you feel even worse and then craving more food after your next meal. Just try and eat the things people have already suggested xD

I eat junk so much but I like carrots, so try crunching on carrots! They have anti-cancer properties and vitamins that are good for repair etc.

Also, may I ask - do you put SOAP on your face?

Good - I was gonna say. A common mistake is putting soap on your face which can cause spots etc, it's best just to use warm-hot water on your face and make sure you use a flannel.

You should try cutting back on fatty and oily foods too, it's not too good for your skin.
