Maybe with Christmas coming up and stuff, the content department can organise some fun on site competitions/events to give something for the community to do, like various things involving different areas of the site. I guess it's nice to be able to use Habbo prizes in some situations like this, since a lot of the visitors to the site may not be forum members/want VIP etc, and would probably be die-hard Habbo fans. :P

It's basically just used in competitions/events and in the case of some departments (content/forum/rv/news/graphics) etc, it would most likely be used in seasonal events/promotions where Habbo involvement although not specifically department related becomes important to increase community awareness.
