View Full Version : The Infobus - what does it really sell for?

Many people who own an Infobus try to get quite a bit for it, usually at least a few thousand credits. However, is this really the cheapest you could get an Infobus for, if you tried hard enough?

The marketplace has been a big part of trading on Habbo for months now. The values it gives may not always be the most accurate in terms of people making the average rise but would anyone risk making an average value cheaper by quickly putting one in at 1-5 credits and then quickly buying it before anyone else? Possibly but very unlikely.
However, maybe the values from the marketplace for the Infobus are accurate. Since the merge, the average price of the Infobus has been seen at no higher than around 12 credits! The current trade volumes of the Infobus seems to go up to 50 and the average price is just 3 credits.

Is this a marketplace error, someone risking their Infobus by selling and instantly buying them at a cheap value, or an unexpected value which is much cheaper than what we'd first expect?

I asked @DEZ@(he has one Infobus) about this average thing , he told me its a glitch every super rare wall furni has.
I don't see this in the Camp rock Guitar or Diner Poster.

Habbo do not categorise items as 'Super Rares' or 'Normal Rares' though, so it can't be a glitch with just super rare wall furniture. As you said, it doesn't happen with the guitar or diner poster :S.

I think it happens with rares that aren't common on the marketplace, and as supers aren't common this is why it happens with them.

My Pink Oriental Screen was the only one in/out the marketplace for a few weeks until yesterday when another jumped in :P. The value stayed as - and it did not put up fake trades like '2C' and '3C'. If an item hasn't sold, it has no average values. The marketplace does not just make it look like it has been traded.

It has been like this for quite a long time. I do think it's a glitch because why would someone risk putting their infobus in for cheap and purchase it again? If anything, they would put it in for extremely high and buy it to make the price go up... I currently own an infobus and will not sell it. I believe their are only a few in circulation still.
its a market glitch.. type in 'poster' & alot of them have the same graph ect..

just to clear this matter up ALL posters which did not have names now do have names, before they mixed arvg prices ect now they have names it will take a week or so for each items arvg to change. Info bus poster was mixed with posters like the rasta man, frog cola, santa poster and many more. Its not nice to make false hope for noobs they wont ever see an info bus in market for cheap there is what 6 known on hotel ?

I can see why, that does make sense!
So just to clear it up, more than one item had the name as blank and therefore their average prices mixed up. This seemed only to happen with posters though rather than normal furniture as well, such as the Directors Chair.
Oh and I did not mean to make 'false hope for noobs', it was only a question :). The average price will be fixed within 7 days and the graphs within a month.

I can vouch for Dez with this, it's a glitch that occured due to large amount of posters not having a name, so their values seemed to have all got muddled up within the marketplace. Another reason to use Habbox over the marketplace i might add.
