The M1 motorway has been closed country-bound at Broadway and at Stockman's Lane city-bound due to an ongoing security alert.
Army bomb experts were called after a suspicious object was found near the Westlink entrance to Bog Meadows on Sunday afternoon.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
People travelling to the Ulster Senior Club football semi-final at Casement Park should leave the motorway at Lisburn or Black's Road.
