You should have a ask the owners/co-owners/general manager day?!Although it would be pretty hard to get sierk on as hes normally busy, it would be great!
Could do a wheres wally type competition to find the owners :pYeah, they could appear offline then go on and hide somewhere in Habbo and everyone has to find them then they go to meet the owners or something haha.

Anyway yeah, there was a 'meet the general management' thing once but I'm not sure how successful it was.

I'm great on HabboxLive LOL :(
To be honest, general management should be around and about in the community and through party rooms some times... instead of having one day for them all to come online.

Maybe you should look out for us? When I am on the hotel it is usually to have a look around rooms or attend HxL party rooms or event rooms. I also accept nearly every friend request. I see Matt online fairly often as well. We can't be online for the majority of the time as we do have things to get done whether it's Habbox related or not I just about manage maybe about 4/5 hours a week. On a slow week maybe about 10/15.

publicised, pryoka and xxmattgxx and the swan ahaha.

Sounds good.
But to be fair Jin is on quite a lot - he's been to my parties a few times :)

Yeh we're all pretty active on Habbo, I would say we're the most active GM team in years. Perhaps though instead of 'Meet the Management' or what ever, we have a 'Ask the Management' :O
Well, considering my timezone Jin, I am around a lot. Whenever I stay up late and stuff, I hardly see General Management in the helpdesk. It's either to kick/ban people.

Are you all missing the point. No offence it is near enough the same as getting to know the staff idea which was submitted to feedback in previous weeks.
Just because you're general management doesn't make you more important than all the other staff who work tirelessly at Habbox. if this was to go ahead then all staff should be involved. I'd rather know up and coming staff as the General Management have been for quite a long time, so wouldn't it make more sense to ask questions to up and coming staff because in years to come (if Habbox makes it that far) then they may be General Management.

Staff are around and about though. You can meet them everyday by going to the Helpdesk.

But as in previous feedback situations, some staff are scared to speak out of place. I'm not saying they aren't around, but I feel it would be much more beneficial if it was forum based as some staff no longer play Habbo. I can see where you are coming from, but some staff do not go into the help desk AND SOME DO NOT REPLY TO PM'S (Jamesy) if a few questions were to be asked each week, like I said it may be beneficial, you could always do a trial run of it.
The same old people who are already with Habbox would be asking the questions (especially if it was forum-based)... we should be trying to bring more new users in, like I've been saying in previous feedback situations.
Also, if staff can't be bothered to go onto Habbo, they don't deserve to ask a question in the session.
Maybe there could be a feature in news every fortnight "ask the staff". This could start with senior staff from the department etc. There could be a feedback thread where people can ask their questions, only a few questions get selected.

I'd rather every week, but I like the idea :D!
