hiyaa guys.

for some reason over the weekend, my taskbar has decided to start disappearing whenever i maximize a program, i'm running windows 7 starter, which is **** cause it limits my options of fixing the problem.

the taskbar is locked. and i've looked at the taskbar properties and i can't see anyway of fixing it.

right click the taskbar and go to properties

everything that i can see that would be making it disappear is unchecked and ****, hmmm.
