Yeah not soccer, I'm just gonna post threads like this as I enjoy watching rugby & league.

Who do you guy's think will win. I obviously been from NZ are gonna pick NZ to win by at least 30 points.

Below are some recent matches between the 2 teams. Irelands best score against New Zealand was a draw. Other than this draw. Ireland have NEVER beaten New Zealand.

12 June 2010 - New Plymouth (NZ) - 66-28 - NZ Won.
16 November 2008 - Dublin (IRE) - 22-3 - NZ Won.
07 June 2008 - Wellington (NZ)- 21-11- NZ Won.

Speaks for it self I think, it'd be good if they can make history by beating us.

C'mon Ireland, you have to beat us sooner or later ;)

True lol hopefully we'll beat you some day (saturday?). :)

Actualy i had tickets to the match but sold them to make some much needed cash instead.

However one of our four provincial club teams beat new zealand a while back (munster) which is in a way better for me since i originate from there. :)

Heh heh, i hope to be celebrating when i post on these forums tommorow evening.

Predictions for the score? I'd say we either win by a tri/few points or lose terribly, no in between.

Ill go for winning by 5 points. :)

NZ by 30 pts? Too optimistic. The Irish are a very good team and will give you a good game.

Yes, they are quite good really.

But you never know could be an upset.

We haven't been playing too well recently, our team has underperformed in our last two games.

Damn, if only we sould have kept up the intencity of the first half.

Was a great game to watch though, great cheering in the room when we went ahead after the first tri.

Next time i suppose. ;) New Zealand deserved that win though apart from one or two minor slips they were at the top of their game.

The ref had a problem with seeing forward passes though, he let both sides get away with quite a few.

Btw the haka is one of the best sights that can be seen in sport to this day. :)

Yes well, I suppose the Irish played a good first half. But for some reason we always seem to retaliate in the 2nd half..

Haha, Im sure that was expected. At least they got a couple or tries. Or was it only one? :S

I have to disagree with this to be honest :(
I can honestly say we didn't deserve the win. The Irish played great. Also we didn't play very well. Compared to the normal pace, there were way to many errors and yeah.

Yes, don't like that ref. He missed forward passes, off-sides and lots of other mistakes from both teams.

Totally agreed! I love it soo much, so do many other people from around the world ;)
