Anyone watching this tonight? If so, what are you looking forwards to most?

I watch this every year, and it's normally a good night of TV really, lots of singing, funny sketches and stuff. Ofcourse it's also nice to know that a lot of money is being raised for a very good cause too.

Watching it right now, but I think Red Nose day is better to be honest. It's still for a good cause though.

9.00-9.30
JLS perform the official Children in Need single, and TV history is made as EastEnders and Coronation Street unite for the first time ever. Walford's residents hit the cobbles of Weatherfield, and Rovers regulars turn up on Albert Square in an exclusive mini-episode just for Children in Need.

you can view the upcomings of the show here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b008dk4b/episodes/upcoming

since when did not having a washing machine mean poverty

because people can usually afford a washing machine, they had no money to do get one.

Stephen

but the girl said she had to wear dirty clothes to school everyday etc and no one would sit next to her and everyone said she smelt and in the end she didn't go to school.. If I didn't have a washing machine and people bullied me cos I smelt then I'd wash my clothes in the sink or something. And then when she said thanks for the washing machine she was like "I can now go to school again!"
