Right like 3 weeks ago I shaved my head completely with a razor its grown back but I got this bald patch at the bacl of my head. Its like smooth and doesn't feel like anything has grown back yet? Any ideas? +reps for all uaeful answers

Sometimes peoples hair grows at different rates at different parts(it's usualy unnoticeable unless you did something like you did), usualy for men that this happens to the top of their hair grows a bit slower than the front. I hope this is helpful in some way.

your hair doesn't all grow in sync and sometimes when you remove all your hair it can grow back in different stages. When you shaved your head (it's very unlikely) you could of damaged the follicles at this point and it breaks the production and takes 4-6 weeks to regenerate and start growing again.

I'd hold off a week. If it's still bald it's probably a bald patch you've had but didn't notice.
