Room Rating Going Down

My room rating seems to go down every time I go off habbo for like 6 hours or something. Why?

Isn't it supposed to do this?
I'm sure the rating is meant to go down by a certain % every x amount of hours

I may be wrong, but it certainly used to happen ;)

They seem to go down over time, my TC back when it was at it's peak of use had a very high rating and it's much lower now.

They start to decrease once they hit a certain level, i think it's 2000/3000 as this is when i noticed it in my Trade City. The room rating only decreases when someone is in the room so if you lock it the rating shouldn't be decreasing. The higher the rating, the faster it drops.
