Rep giving limit

Can't you reduce the limit of days or whatever it is you need to rep people with? Noticed that it's the same members helping me out so it's the same members I need to rep. I swear I've just gone to rep someone for the third time in a couple of days. Can't you change the system to something like a five day system? Whereas say I rep someone on the Monday it'd be five days till I can rep them again? Would be easier considering I rarely use the rep system.

I find myself in this position too. I'd love it to be timed and not based on other reps you give out.

Yeah I agree, I think time is more of an issue rather than how many people you give rep to. I personally give rep to about 20 individuals at tops quite a lot because they help out. You can join that, have a bit of rep.

I have the same problem, perhaps a mixture of the system so that you can satisfy either criteria?

I think that this system you are suggesting would work well with the system in place, so whichever one comes first, say you spread rep enough within 3 days, you should be able to rep again, if you don't spread enough, you should be able to rep again in 5 days. Great Idea Minstrels.

I think this is a good idea. It would require some modification though so it will have to placed on the back burner until I get some spare time (most likely christmas). I'll speak to the limeys and see what they think.

They don't want people getting to much rep.

I would be most amused if that happened but I can't see it getting through :P don't think it's that bad atm really, although as I said to Chirs yesterday I still can't +rep Smiddy again and he's been gone like nearly a year or something
