Ok, i have set them all to blank so you can fil them in once you get the account, check highscores for my scores to varify and i'll log onto runescape and meet youre hcra to confirm for safty reasons, i lost my old account by selling it on here, and inever got that flipping throne

They take 14 days to set. You can change but for the next 14 days the old ones count. And he isn't scamming you

well, like i said we could do halfs? cause evben if you do check the account you counnd't do nothing cause they don't change liek ya said your self..
