Basically, I was banned for 24 hours for "spamming the call for help" and now I'm unbanned and I went on Habbo to find a present from Redtiz:

I haven't opened it yet - I don't want it to be something rubbish haha.

Anyone else ever had this before?

Actually, I really like Redtiz's business on the forum. She really is picking up some slack for the rest of Sulake's "community department." She's always helping, I just wish she could verify some fansite rules.

I wish i got a prezzie for being banned lol, a mod banned my alt for reporting 2 cred scams in under 5 mins which is aparently "flooding the mods".

I got banned for flooding during the visit from Tinchy Stryder. I wasn't even doing anything. But nice of her to do that.

I think she does this with everyone she helps get unbanned. It's nice that she spends her time on hxf looking at threads made my people who have been banned for a silly reason.

A brilliant staff member in my opinion, I really wish the other Sulake staff would take a leaf out of her book. Not only is it a plus that she uses the forum, but she understands true customer service and can recognise problems when they arise - even if it's not her fault.

Very generous, indeed. I know the margin of error with mods probably isn't something to take pride on, so it's nice to see just genuine kindness in reparations back from staff.

redtiz is a credit to sulake, she's without doubt the most helpful staff (current).

Saying that, she never ever refunded me for the amount of thrones i lost on unreleased furniture i bought and mods removed from my rooms. I lost so much, so did fitcovboy. she refused to refund us...

the best member of staff I knew was Jay. I was really good friends with her (hippy hated me) and we used to hang around in a group me, jenina, pleapo, her and hippy and decorate her various rooms :). she was really kind to my brother too. I gave him two thrones and someone stole his password and cleaned his account. I told her and she returned him four thrones :). I miss her.
