I have another question, lets say for example you decide to leave Habbo or you want a different ID, is it a perm if you give your ID (habbo accounts) to somebody else to use and get found out.

Really? Oh my, that is a bit harsh I think. I can't see any logic in that. As people leave, the rare names will just start to disappear and it will be a waste.

Habbo does do name clearings every so often and this will then get rid of the accounts which have been in-active which then means more names to choose from

There isn't really any way that they would find out, best thing would be to play on the account for a month or two without transferring furni and if you dont get banned, you should be safe.
