defence is the slowest to train
attack second slowest
strength fasted

so when you do strength it will seem a lot quicker :)

Slayer will always be my reccomendation for slayer,

I reccomend getting the best slayer master you can - at that combat level if you have 75+ slayer i reccomend using Kuradel in the ancient cavern, i always use her as the tasks tend to be fun ;p

It wont waste that much prayer with proselyte... THe loot you get will more than cover the cost of prayer potions. It'll make tasks go a lot faster = faster slayer exp.

Don't go overboard though... I realized last year my WoW playtime was at 340 days. Almost a year with no sleep - no game's worth that, trust me. I haven't played an MMO since, with the rare exception for RS.
