He's not becoming a mod. :) He was the victim of that silly scam when random habbos ask ig you want to be Habbo Staff and try to hook you into giving out your personal details.

Well, I think i added that email address because it was Ludus's (A) But I think that one got hacked and so the hacker attempted pretending to be him to try and to hack people.

But im not sure if it was that reason but it was a very convincing sulake email.
