It could be that habbo in France could have a closing time like many hotels eg. Italy habbo they have open and close times !

This is normal..

When other hotels go for ten mins maintenance players often swap hotels, you also get losers changing hotels for 'fun'.

It is perfectly normal.

It May be Normal Or Some thing, But i find it Really Annyoing when they Friend Request you, or try to talk to you because your like " What? " And they just keep talking while your like " What!? "...

Yeah, it's probably because their hotel is on maintenance, it's what we use to do in when we were all seperate... run to the USA when UK was down (:

Don't say all, some of us have lives :D

I used to go to habbo.es a fair amount when the UK hotel was boring, so I guess that's what some of these people do.

Yes I do this too actually. I think sometimes they also want to speak to new people as well, I have quite a few "friends" on Habbo who are either spanish, german or french as it's just nice to talk to someone like that! I think also it helps them improve their english- socialising with people in different languages, perhaps studying it for the equivalent of a GCSE and want to do the best they possibly can. Sometimes that's a good way!

...or of course the hotel is down.

Judging by the extreme simplicity of the French, you sure they're not just English people speaking a lil french?

They might just be one offs or bi-lingual people. Not everyone only knows English in habbo.com.

Depends if they are American or not.

Joking. But anyway, as others have said they might not even be French - what is the urgency in this anyway? :P

I've noticed a lot more Brazilians, and also lately there've been a lot of people PRETENDING? to be foreign by using poor translators and not making any sense in either language D:
But it doesn't bother me too much because the one's who I interact with can all speak English so it's fine (:

There always was a lot of spanish speaking habbos especially from South America. One of the best Hobbas 'SunshineCutie' was from Mexico.
