I'd say it was for teenagers really... but i've passed that already, but i rarely go on client now anyway unless it's to do quests or talk to other friends.

Same here. I'm 17 but I don't really play Habbo I just use it for talking to other users.

I'd probably say the average age is 14/15. I'm 16 but most users like me only use it to talk to people and do the odd competition or quest. I'd probably say the oldest age you should play habbo is 21 unless you're actually working for sulake.

and I'd say the "middle" age is probably 15/16. Although there are older people on it they get cancelled out by all the 12 year olds.

I'm 16. I've noticed that the ''age limit'' to habbo has raised in recent years. The oldest people on habbo used to be about 15/16 however that figure is up to 19/20 . Perhaps this will continue to increase in years to come. If you enjoy habbo though, don't let age stop you playing.

am 17 n tbh i have seen alot of 16/17 year old teens play habbo. . . then you get the odd 20/21 year olds. . . but like some of us have been here since habbo first began :) so tbh i think theres no age limit aslong as you have been on as long as us haha. . like if u joined back in 2003 like me ;) it would be fine if you were 16 at the time and you still go on. . . but thats what i think lol

I'm in my early twenties. I tend to play Habbo for a bit, get bored, leave for ages and then go back on. I've just started playing again after a break. It's okay if you avoid all the really young players...I tend to talk to people roughly my own age on Habbo, unless I'm trading/playing games etc then you can't avoid the younger players really lol I like building rooms, collecting furniture and talking to online friends on Habbo. I've been playing for years and I like the colourful, cartoon graphics and fun theme of Habbo.

Habbo gets boring at like 13, after that you just use it as a background for when your on msn or something

id say the middle age is 14 probably

you see the odd 16+ playing regularly (not just to talk to people) and you dont really see people younger than 9-10

im 15 in 2 weeks and i only really go on to talk now

I'm 18. Depends what you mean by play because I think for the older users generally, it's not really something to get involved with, it's just another form of MSN :P

I think that people may stop playing at about 20 at the maximum. Just because it's a teenagers environment and that it can be quite boring for some at that age.

People come on it because it's a slightly more interesting alternative to msn, I personally think that users tend to stop once they get out of their teens unless they contribute towards a fansite or similar. That's why we have a large number of 'old' users, they stick around because they enjoy the community at habbox and come into habbo to talk to others. Outside fansites you'll get a lot less older users.

Average I'd say would lie between 13-17.

I'm 19, I've played since the age of 10, I really enjoy it and I dont really plan on quitting. I do think that it just gives me time to relax and enjoy what I like doing. x

People use it for different things. Some of the old school players from 2001 use it now to keep in contact with people. I know one person who plays because their child works/worked for Habbo.

If i leave habbo it would probably be because of me getting fed up with the younger habbos.

I still love playing though and if there was an adult type version of habbo (not bobbabar that sucks) i'd play it.

I once had a rather large chat with friends and friends of friends. It was a mix of teens up to people in their thirties. It's just a chat site, so people of any age can enjoy it. I'm not sure if the average player age has gone down or the younger players talk about their ages more, but I certainly do not appreciate the "we own this site" attitude some of the players have. Not most, just some. (I'm not even sure people under 13 are supposed to be able to play...)

Im 21 and I still log on from time to time - not necessarily to "play" but to keep in contact with old friends and to see what else Sulake have done to ruin the client :)

I would say the average is about 15-16 and I think at about 21-22 you start to get a little old to play Habbo. However I am not saying that you are too old to play at 21 because quite a few adults play Habbo as well. Really I don't think someone gets "too old" to play it, they just get a little older to be playing it.

Why put an age limit on something that is made for fun? I think as long as you're using it innocently, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to play no matter what your age is within reason. Like on Neopets, for example.

I hardly use Habbo anymore and I'm 16 - so I'd probably say around my age, but I know people that play it until around 20.
