Hey there so I was blocked in someones maze, so i reported them and they replied they cant help with blocking and to go to the FAQ's so I did. The FAQs said moderators CAN ban or kick people from blocking, so why didn't they? Are they being lazy?

I know, it's stupid and hopefully sometime they will realize and sort it out.

how silly, they say to report it then they say they cant do anything about it. The mods are silly
Just shows how cheap and pathetic Habbo and Sulake as a whole are getting...
It says only owners can block rooms, but what about in mafias/armies where people guard?
Couldn't that be classed as blocking?

The mods just don't understand do they.
The moderating is very poor on habbo these days :(

I don't how long it will take for everyone to realise Habbo staff do not care about Habbo's users. But they should do really, why have a panic button if they give stupid replies... ridiculous!

If the rules say that you have to have a certain uniform and motto and all that crap then I suppose not, but if they're just being ignorant then you can report I think. That's why inactive people get auto-kicked.

This is similar to what happened to me but it was a staff-owned room and the mods said to me 'it's the room owners responsibility' lol.
Well thats just daft ... they say they will help with any questions and help people need but then they just send out computerised messages and don't do a good job.
This is something which needs sorting by Sulake

It's got worse since we merged. They don't moderate anything.
I remember saying a racist and got banned for 24 hours on UK Habbo. Now someone gets reported for saying it they don't get banned. They should really do something about all the help tool nothing works like it used to!

I think it's umm.. stupid. They have a report thing saying "This person is being disruptive or blocking" (or something like that). If they do nothing, then why have that report item? :/

The Moderators are absolutely useless as IU've said before.
They need to be trained properly and need to know what to actually do and how to speak English...
Idiots tbh.

Oh how sad the moderation staff has become. It's not like they do anything nowadays all they do is sit at a desk and get fat going on a habbo game every day. They're lazier than I am. That's an accomplishment.

Unfortunately, blocking is simply not a high priority issue in moderation terms. Moderation exists on any service primarily to help with serious situations - people endangering themselves via sexually inappropriate behaviour, people scamming etc. The reason why there are buttons to report disruption such as blocking is essentially so that reports can be prioritised and dealt with either by an action, or the giving of information.
Under the old call for help system when you didn't choose a category, on the moderator's end of things all your reports were in one big mountain which they had to deal with in chronological order....therefore often wading through a lot of "So and so's blocking my room" in order to get to something really serious. Now, as you choose a category, on the moderation end of things it allows them to work on the serious categories first and foremost. Disruption isn't serious because, when all is said and done, room owners can choose to disallow blocking and they can give rights to other players to control the room. If they've done neither of those things, you as a player can always go to another room. Blocking is annoying, but it doesn't endanger you personally or your computer system.
Having said all that, if the FAQ you're being directed to simply gives the old information and moderators will kick and ban for blocking, it does need to be updated with information about tools room owners have to minimise blocking and I'll pass on a request to have that updated.

Nothing is done when members scam though. I think it would be ideal if you could look through your trades and request for them to be cancelled along with a textarea explaining why. Then a moderator can look at the issue and see if the user has been scammed. (E.G. A 100C item traded for a 40C item.) If they have, then the moderator should be able to ban the scammer and refund the trade in one click.
