With a good reason to - speaking in a foreign language is pointless if barely anyone can understand you. It went when common sense came into tackle rule breaking.

Does there need to be a "trolling" rule? I am fairly certain it comes under already existing rules regarding around behaviour and pointless posting.

Break the rules, be offensive, upset the users to a point where they feel victimised. In the case of your example, surely it is not a difficult task to ignore such posts - or place them on the ignore list or otherwise not feeding the trolls.

Ultimately we're not here to moderate typing styles :P

I agree with bethie it's obvious when someone is trolling. If you don't like the way someone types just don't read it. There's nothing wrong with it unless it's pointless.
