How many ice-skating patches would I need to get the "Get your skates on my Ice Rink!" levelled to XX?

This is a question many ask, and I personally do not know. I don't know anyone from the forum with this XX badge, but I'm sure someone has/knows the answer!

Aw, usually there's a list of achievements with a description on how to get them (i.e. habborator)

Theres no amount set yet because the badge will not go above IX no matter how many patches you have. We are still waiting for habbo to fix this..
