It's a wifi printer, and it has its own email address - if I send it an email it prints it for me. This means I can print from my iPad or Nexus One.

Also it has a removable 7" Android tablet. The tablet docks on the printer and you control the printer with it. It even lets you install updates to the printer from the tablet. I've copied some apks over to it and installed applications too. Pretty cool stuff!

Ah my friend doing computing science with me had to demonstrate this at his work :)

It seems really cool and useful for me, may be better with just a printer for me though :/

The tablet seems incredibly pointless to me, why would you need it.
How the can you afford all these gizmos? I could barely afford an iTouch :P

I got it for $200 - we just needed a new printer. I didn't know the Android tablet was removable until I really opened it up. It's a decent tablet for its price I suppose.

Economical? Have you seen the price of HP cartridges recently? £20 for a HP cartridge for my Photosmart A430.

£3 on eBay for an entire set of inks for my Epson Stylus DX4050.

I've been looking at these printers, just because of the random touchscreen and wireless printing. I didn't know it was actually a tablet that can be attached to the printer, that's pretty interesting :P

You can't unfortunately :(!

Also when I go into wifi all it does it say obtaining address... it doesn't look like it's working. A static doesn't seem to be doing justice either.

Does it still not connect if you told the Wi-Fi to scan again when it says its trying to obtain an address? I notice on my phone that it won't always connect to the Wi-Fi straight away. It's on the "Obtaining address..." stage but when I scan for more networks again, it connects to the Wi-Fi straight away.

Thanks for the advice on that, but unfortunately it's just not wanting to connect. I wish I could put a custom ROM on this - I think that must be it.

it's no more than $40 for an entire set of cartridges for mine!
